- The Project: High-Level Legislative Engagement for MOCT in Nairobi
From June 16th to June 22nd, 2025, our team successfully delivered comprehensive event management services in Nairobi for the Ministry of Technology and Communication (MOCT). The high-level engagement brought together 6 senators and 15 federal MPs to deliberate on three pieces of legislation proposed by the ministry.
Our scope of work included:
Venue arrangement and priority accommodation for senior officials, while facilitating lodging for nearly 30 participants in total.
Provision of branding and design materials, including printing of legislative documents.
Coordination with local media outlets such as Universal TV and SNTV to ensure coverage of the proceedings.
End-to-end event coordination and facilitation, supporting MOCT throughout the week-long engagement.
This assignment highlighted our ability to manage high-level government events, ensuring smooth logistics, visibility, and professional delivery at every stage.
