Strategic Visibility: Launching the Platform with Purpose and Precision

Following the development of the MOLSA Job Portal—a centralized platform designed to improve access to government jobs, contracts, and labor market insights—IOM Somalia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) required a high-impact public launch event to introduce the platform to the public, media, and institutional stakeholders.

The event aimed to not only unveil the platform but also position it as a national digital milestone—reinforcing government commitment to transparency, youth inclusion, and data-driven employment systems.

Our Role: Strategic Event Partner and Visibility Lead

Veynuus was engaged to lead the end-to-end planning, branding, and coordination of the launch event. Our scope of work included:

Delivering event photography and videography

How We Delivered It: Purpose-Driven Event Strategy

Our approach to the event was grounded in three priorities: visibility, credibility, and engagement.

  1. Strategic Messaging – We aligned all branding, materials, and presentation content with the platform’s vision and MOLSA’s mandate, ensuring coherence and clarity.

  2. Audience Experience Design – From stage layout to the outdoor photo zone, we crafted a professional and welcoming environment that made key messages visually resonate.

  3. Amplification and Coverage – We activated our media and influencer networks to broaden reach across radio, TV, and social platforms—maximizing visibility and future user engagement.

The result was an event that delivered more than awareness—it established confidence, fostered stakeholder alignment, and signaled the beginning of a new era for public sector employment services in Somalia.
