- About Shamsa Ali
Shamsa Ali is a committed public health professional with a strong foundation in both clinical care and development programming. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Somalia (UNISO) and a Master’s in Public Health from Daffodil International University, Bangladesh.
With hands-on experience in the NGO sector, she has worked across frontline health services, social support programs, and community-based outreach. Her passion lies at the intersection of public health, social protection, and community wellbeing, where she actively champions inclusive, people-centered approaches.
As Interim Director, she leads the firm’s Health & Human Services portfolio — advancing work that spans healthcare systems, education access, protection, and social policy delivery. Her focus is on delivering impact that is not only measurable but also deeply rooted in human dignity and equity.
